Your WordPress Website Care Plan will be up and running within 1-2 working days, from the date that you apply. We’ll run through further details in our on-boarding process and keep you updated as we install our monitoring services to your website.
Our WordPress Website Care Plan includes up to 60 minutes Technical Support per month. The time resets each month.
If you need additional Technical Support time over and above the time included with your plan, this is not a problem. Any time used over and above your current plan is billed at our standard hourly rate.
No, although we do recommend using our cloud hosting, as it is optimised for WordPress, is very secure and stable. It also makes managing your website a simpler process.
Yes, there is no contract, you can cancel any time after the first three months payments. We just ask for one months notice.
