
After creating the branding and supporting printed collateral for the Lancashire based children’s choir competition, in May 2015 competition creators, organisers and sponsors True Bearing Chartered Financial Planners tasked us to design and develop a stand alone responsive website for the Last Choir Singing Competition.
The retina ready, mobile-friendly website gives information about the competition, its’ partners and sponsors, the latest competition news, a photo gallery, a page dedicated to their song writing contest, an online competition entry form and all the contact details to put you in touch with the organisers, along with the locations of the competition heats and the final at King George’s Hall in Blackburn.
The website is built using the popular Content Managed System (CMS) platform WordPress, chosen for its ease-of-use. Which means our client is happy to make website additions and changes themselves, saving costs with having us make all changes for them.
Winning results
We are pleased to report the Last Choir Singing Competition website has been a huge success, receiving over 2000 visitors in its’ first two weeks and enjoying top spot in the Google search rankings.
Since then, we have been updating the website on a regular basis with news items and updates, which are set to automatically share with their social media accounts so have helped to keep visitor numbers at a healthy level, all of which helps to make the competition a popular addition to the Lancashire music calendar.
