In February 2019, we were commissioned to create a new Brand and Website design for local start-up ‘Alan Lee Independent Estate Agents’. The company based in Macclesfield, aim to offer a fresh approach to Estate Agency. Providing a truly independent service with transparent fees.
A brand-style to stand out on the high-street
The brief from joint founder and company director Alan Wright, was clear and precise; the brand had to be “slick, minimalist, contemporary and like nothing out there in the local market”, he also hoped it could include the company initials. For these reasons we wanted to create a strong identity which would be reflected on their website, social media, on printed materials and of course the ‘For Sale’ boards that are going to be seen all around Macclesfield, and the wider East Cheshire area.
We provided several design options, but company directors Alan Wright and Lee Johnstone were fully in agreement with their preferred logo design option, so there was nothing to change before rolling it out for usage on the new ‘For Sale’ boards, some advertising and the website we were to build.
The strong brand identity continued with the mobile-friendly WordPress website, that not only would have to be a point of contact, have information regarding the selling packages, but it had to communicate with their Estate Agency database software to keep the properties for sale section of the website updated seamlessly.
Alan and Lee were thrilled with the finished website and were generous enough to leave us a 5 star Google review:
